Break your fast at Le Souk with a choice of unique dishes that will start your day – all day.

Try our version of Chakchouka, sublime, slow cooked beef mince in Ras el Hanout with poached egg or house-made Merguez spicy sausage, an Algerian classic.

Couscous & Tadjines

The combination of our spice blends and 6 hour slow cooking will satisfy.

No oil, no frying in our delicately spiced lamb and chicken. We steam couscous twice, in the traditional couscoussier, until light and fluffy.
