WE NOT ONLY PREPARE DISTINCTIVE MEALS, WE SELL THE RANGE OF SPICE BLENDS THAT MAKE OUR MENU SO UNIQUE.
Take home a jar of our tried and tested spice blends; Ras el Hanout, Charmoula, Baharat, Tajine or Kefta Mix’s. Sample our Dukkah, Coriander salt, Preserved lemons and our Red Harissa (quite addictive) Le Souk brings African cuisine to the vibrant mix of international flavours on offer at the Adelaide Central Markets. Our spice blends are also available to purchase online.
Break your fast at Le Souk with a choice of unique dishes that will start your day – all day.
Try our version of Chakchouka, sublime, slow cooked beef mince in Ras el Hanout with poached egg or house-made Merguez spicy sausage, an Algerian classic.
The combination of our spice blends and 6 hour slow cooking will satisfy.
No oil, no frying in our delicately spiced lamb and chicken. We steam couscous twice, in the traditional couscoussier, until light and fluffy.
Our Algerian salads are freshly made, healthy and Moorish.
Add to couscous for a vegan or vegetarian feast, great as a side to share, or takeaway.
Wonderful Breakfast Alternative. Le Soul is our “go to” in the city when we want a great breakfast that is out of the ordinary. Delicious coffee and the Brown Rice is wonderful. Great service and I love being offered a date as a greeting.
Easily in the top 3 restaurants in Adelaide. Uniquely simple hearty food which tastes amazing. True soul food!
