Quite chuffed at this years Royal Adelaide Show 2019, as Le Souk has got another accolade for our Preserved Lemons, coming in second, among some stiff competition. We were also pleased to see our robust and unique Coriander Salt came first, with a blue ribbon. Cannot wait for next year!
Great to be recognised for our commitment to quality, in the Professional Cookery category 2018. Our lovely preserved lemons are 100% South Australian, and the judges thought they tasted number 1! Equally, our yummy Dukkah came in with a Blue ribbon too! Thanks to the team at Le Souk for our efforts.
Due to recent family commitments, we have reluctantly decided to cease trading at that address. We wish to thank our valued customers for supporting us, but rest assured, we will continue the same service at Stall 10, Adelaide Central Markets. It’s a date!
With the relaunch of our amazing new website, only a few months later, we will offer online purchasing of our range of quality products from the Le Souk kitchen.
